Accessibility Statement for Konveio

Konveio LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

CONFORMANCE STATUS

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Konveio strives to meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 level AA, as long as client- or user-generated content (such as uploaded PDFs, embedded pictures, or similar page elements) are fully conformant.

LIVE VISUAL INTERPRETATION

Konveio integrates with Aira Explorer to provide blind and low-vision users with on-demand access to live, professional visual interpreters. While our platform is designed to meet modern accessibility standards such as WCAG, we recognize that complex materials, like maps, diagrams, and graphics, can still be difficult to fully interpret. Aira enhances accessibility by offering real-time human assistance at no cost, supporting the ADA’s requirement for effective communication through auxiliary aids and services when needed.
